Let’s start the day by filling our lungs completely by practicing the Durga Pranayama (also called the three-part breath) with Pranic Breathing (6:3:6:3) and adding the Ujjayi breath (also called the psychic breath) to oxygenate the blood, relax the nervous system and, with practice, increase psychic sensitivity.
