Buffalo chicken recipe + salad recipe = easy + healthy + yummy

CHICKEN WING RECIPE:
3 lbs chicken wings
30 oz hot sauce (Aldi Hot sauce was used, but any kind will work)
3 oz lemon juice
18g crushed garlic

- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Mix ingredents in a bown
- Lay chicken flat in an oven safe dish
- Bake for 40 mins-
- Flip the chicken over
- Bake for 20 mins
- Flip the chicken over
- Bake for 5 mins
- Flip the chicken over
- Continue Flipping the chicken over every 5 mins until golden brown

SALAD RECIPE:
2 TBSP Mayonnaise
juice from 1/4 of a lemon
2 stalks of celery chopped
1/4 apple chopped
1/2 avocado chopped
110g romaine lettuce

- Mix well
