The other ingredient is dates, which contain high levels of soluble fiber, which is essential for comfortable bowel movements. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients

150 grams of dried plums;
150 grams of dried dates;
5 cups of water.

Instructions

Put the water on to boil.
While the water is boiling, dice the plums and cut the dates in half.
Once that is done, put the fruit in the water and let it boil for 15 more minutes.
After the time is up, turn off the stove and let the mixture sit for a while.
Now all you have to do is store the mixture in a refrigerator safe container.
This recipe makes around twenty tablespoons.
It is recommended that you take one tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach.
You can combine this mixture with yogurt, cereal, or any other food.
