More than 20 years ago, CSI: Criminal Investigation debuted on American television on CBS as an instant hit. The television phenomenon followed a group of forensic investigators in the city of Las Vegas, in the United States. Using science, large doses of creativity and DNA testing, they arrested ingenious, violent or quirky criminals on a weekly basis.
