Cleveland Marines present $1.4 Million in NROTC Scholarships in 2022

U.S. Marine Maj. Brian Hubert, the commanding officer of Recruiting Station (RS) Cleveland, and U.S. Marine Capt. David Chang, the executive officer of RS Cleveland present the 2022 Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) scholarships to RS Cleveland’s selectees. The early board selectee for the scholarship is Amanda Flores from Carlson High School and the regular board selectees for the scholarship are Cole Pawlowski from Jefferson Area High School, Damonique Derricoatte from Lakeside High school, Daniel Green from Firestone High School, William Teng from Northville High School, Grayson Fair from Hawken High School, Connor Cerrito from Highland High School and Aden Sanders from Four County Career Center. The NROTC scholarship provides the selectees with $180,000 to earn their degree and commission as a U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps officer. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt. Nello Miele)
