It’s difficult to find someone who hasn’t suffered from muscle pain at least once in their life.

And when this uncomfortable pain happens, what do you do? Do you just try to bear it? Do you look for some cream or pain medicine?

We currently have many alternatives to help us deal with these kinds of pains.

But have you ever stopped to imagine how people got relief from this and other pains before?

Some herbs like rosemary have been used for decades for culinary and medicinal purposes.

A little known benefit of rosemary is to use it for fighting pain and inflammation in the body.

In order for you to use rosemary as a natural remedy in this way, let us teach you how to prepare rosemary alcohol.

If you usually have back pain or other chronic pain, suffer from arthritis, tendonitis or even cramps, try this rosemary alcohol recipe.

Ingredients

Some fresh rosemary sprigs;
1 liter of alcohol (70%);

Instructions

Place the rosemary sprigs in a bottle or a glass jar and cover them with alcohol.

Let it sit for 15 days in a dimly lit and airy place.

Shake the bottle daily.

The more days you let it sit, the more concentrated the solution will be.

When the alcohol is ready, store it in a sealed container.

To use it simply apply it on the affected area and massage vigorously.

Remember to wash your hands after applying it, because if it comes in contact with your eyes or mucous membranes, this solution can cause irritation.
