How To Get Rid of Spots and Blemishes Overnight
Do you have blemishes on your skin?
These specific types of blemishes can affect everyone, and most of the time end up becoming a nuisance, mainly because they affect our appearance.
These spots normally appear on the areas of our skin where melanin (the color-producing protein found in our skin) accumulates, such as our cheeks, forehead and upper lip.
Hormonal factors, sun exposure, and genetic propensity contribute to the appearance of these spots.
If you have spots on your face that have been caused by the sun, acne, melasma (discoloration) or pregnancy, we have some good news for you.
In today's video we’re going to teach you a very easy recipe that calls for two easy-to-find ingredients: lemon and parsley.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
2 tablespoons of diced parsley;
1 cup of water.
Start by boiling the water. As soon as it begins to boil add the diced parsley. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let the solution cool. Finally, add the lemon juice.
Apply this mixture to the desired areas with a makeup brush or cotton pad. Apply at night, at bedtime, before going to bed. Let the mixture sit overnight.
When you wake up, wash your face with cold water.
Lastly, apply your moisturizer as usual.
You can repeat this application daily.
It is very important to only do it at night, because the lemon can make the spots worse if exposed to sunlight.
If you have some leftover, you can store it in a dry and airy place and use it the next day.
