How often should I intermittent fast on Keto is a great video that sheds light on a lot of information online that is false. Many people are telling me that you will destroy your metabolism by fasting too much. Some are saying you'll start to gain weight. Im not sure where this information is coming from but I hope to clear it up in this video. When we look at how often should I do intermittent fasting many people tend to overthink it. I am a big believer that in patterning the body in any way is never a good thing. I teach in my clinic fasting variation. This allows the body to not be patterned and also not fall into a plateaued state.
The best time to intermittent fast is at least to the 16 hour mark. Major changes start happening around the 12 hour mark and then really solidify at 16 hours. When it comes to how many days a week should I intermittent fast my thought process is that you should not do the same style of fasting every day and that you should not fast at all one to two days a week. Perfect patterns are natural to the body, so it is not ideal to try to create them.
How often should I do intermittent fasting 16:8 is a common question that most people ask. I recommend doing a few days 16:8 and a few days one meal a day with a few no fasting days. Fasting is a great tool for the body but it has to be used correctly otherwise it doesn't work as well. I wouldn't go as far as to say it will harm you but I will say it you just won't get the results you want.
