Is Eating Eggs Bad For Your Heart | Danger Danger! is a new video that highlights the new craze over a JAMA study stating that eggs with cause heart disease and early death.

Is eating eggs bad for you has been a big buzz as of recently simply because health organizations keep flip flopping on what they deem healthy and unhealthy. Fortunately not to many people have much faith in these organizations because they have hung their hats on terrible health information that has been proven wrong again and again. Unfortunately many organizations like to circle back and keep pushing unintelligible even when they know its wrong.

So when you ask are eggs bad for your heart there is an incredible amount of information that us tells us they are completely safe and healthy. We also know at this time that eggs have an incredible nutrient profile that makes it a near perfect food. Eggs are loaded with fats, protein, antioxidants, choline and an array of vitamins that are all amazing for your health. So when you ask the question are eggs bad for you this conversation needs to be spearheaded with this information at the forefront.

The question of eggs and heart disease at this point is silly. As mentioned in the video I feel like i'm losing brain cells from even having this conversation. Eggs have been around for thousands of years and consumed as a staple food in the diet of individuals all over the world. Saying that eggs and heart health have a negative relationship is like saying it's bad to breath. We know certain things are good for our health and certain things aren't. We don't need to ponder over the healthy foods and confuse people more than they already are over diet and nutrition.

Eggs and cholesterol is not a concern of mine either. The reason it is not is simply because the amount of cholesterol received from eggs is almost insignificant and it is also well know fact that eating cholesterol is not directly correlated with raising cholesterol.
