The difference between legislating religion and legislating morality

You hear people say, “Don’t impose your religion on me! We have the separation of church and state in America!” Frank explains that most Christians are not trying to legislate religion when they get involved in politics. They are trying to legislate morality, which is what everyone is trying to do (including atheists!).
