SE Wisconsin Weather: Sunny Tuesday with highs in the upper 40s

The wind is the issue tonight with guts to 35 mph and wind chills near 20 by morning. At least it will be sunny throughout the day on Tuesday with highs in the mid to upper 40s. The gusty morning winds will diminish to 10-15 mph in the afternoon.
