How To Get Approved for American Express With 6 Months of Credit History

After starting with a secured card to build my credit, I kept checking for when I would be given a credit score. Around 6 months my first score generated and I then applied and was approved for an American Express credit card. I go over the steps I took and how I've built my relationship with AMEX.
