Watch: Federal Judge Rules Biden's Mask Mandate On Planes, Trains, and Other Transportation Unlawful

Three plaintiffs filed a suite against President Biden in July 2021. The suit alleged that the federal government for over a year has instituted an unlawful mask mandate on planes, trains, and other public transportation with civil and criminal liability if you failed to comply. The suit alleged that the CDC acting on behalf of the federal government did not have that authority.

The ruling today handed down by judge Kathryn Mizelle agreed with the plaintiffs. The judge concluded that the federal government, specifically the CDC, exceeded its statutory authority and declared the mandate unlawful.
