Population of residents voting by mail varies widely by county in Nebraska elections

Vote-by-mail numbers for Sarpy County are down considerably from past years, with around 2,500 requests in so far. Yet Dodge County, which is nearly five times smaller, has about the same number of vote-by-mail requests.
