LAKE POWELL HISTORIC LOW WATER LEVEL FINALLY HAS THE FEDS THINKING ABOUT EMERGENCY ACTION

The massive water reservoir and hydropower generator Lake Powell has had it's water levels drop every year for years now. Finally the feds and many state water managers recognize that there is a serious problem here and are looking at emergency action. That emergency action should have been taken years ago, when water levels kept dropping with no end in sight to the drought the west is living through. This is now at the potential for a massive disaster which could displace tens of millions of people who no longer have water or electricity.
