In honor of Thanksgiving in the USA, New Found Gold wanted to recognize two unsung heroes at New Found Gold’s Eastern Pond camp, where we’re looking for analogs to the Keats Zone, 70km to the south. They aren’t prospectors or geologists, but their contributions are huge nonetheless. They are our camp cooks, Sherry Wade and Roxann Howell, an integral part in providing great food and a feeling of home to our team of geologists and prospectors while they spend long weeks away from their families, searching for the next great gold discovery.
