The Bible says a great deal about the power of fasting.

In this video, I outline what Scripture says about fasting and why so many great men of God in the Bible decided to fast. It's because it brings power, faith, and humility.
You too can experience God's power and be used even more mightily by Him when you decide to humble yourself and fast.

3. Fasting is the preparation for temptation. 
4. Esau had to fast to maintain his birthright. Jacob fasted to get a birthright.
5. Fasting is a Biblical Way of Humility.
