The Bill McIntosh Show dove into the Frank James subway shooting in NY City that raises more question marks around it than a tally of Biden's mental gaffes. One big question is how does a suspect, allegedly involved in shooting ten people and injuring a total of 29, get to legally purchase a gun despite nine arrests? Answer? He had no felony conviction.  As reported in the Washington Examiner, https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/like-sacramento-new-york-citys-shooting-suspect-has-a-lengthy-criminal-record James was busted: 

"nine times in New York City between 1992 and 1998 for various offenses, including: “possession of burglary tools, a criminal sex act, and theft of service. He was arrested in New Jersey three times, most recently in 2007, for trespassing, larceny, and disorderly conduct. In New Jersey, he faced two charges for allegedly making terroristic threats in the mid-1990s. But, despite the threats and his long criminal history, James was never convicted of a felony, meaning nothing stopped him from legally purchasing a gun in 2011." 

The way to stop this sort of thing from happening was explained by Michael Letts who pointed to the need to follow and expose the money trail leading to the doors of elected judges and prosecutors who are absurdly lenient with criminals. Letts stated on this episode:

"...the first thing is we need [a] national database system so that people understand who is actually making the laws. Because, you know, it's one thing we can pass a law and put you in jail Bill for 10 years, if a judge lets you out in six months, he did absolutely no good. So the American public needs to understand who is paying to influence the judicial system. That's the first thing. The second thing we're going to have to do is we're going to have to close loopholes and just remove and change policies that threaten the judicial system and threaten national security. Now, what do we mean by that? We have a current administration who is opening up our borders wide open, all terrorists, to anyone who wants to come across drug dealers, human traffickers, anybody that wants across the southern border, they made it abundantly clear come one come all no consequences. We have to change that policy. But we'll never get a handle on violent crime and mass shootings across this country."

Who is paying the bills on political campaigns to elect judicial system candidates espousing and getting elected on disastrous "no cash bail" platforms and idiotic policies that allows thugs to steal under $1000 in merchandise with impunity in urban and suburban crime sprees?

Other questions are how does a suspect who was apparently under Federal surveillance and who had violently unhinged social media posts not get stopped? Could it be that "white supremacy" and tracking down KKK cells whose members are better found in nursing homes if not in cemeteries is of greater importance to Federal law enforcement than catching real criminals?

A final note is the suspect posted hate filled rants about killing Whites. In one he raved: "You know the white motherf**kers that I want to kill, you know I really want to kill them because they're white". On Facebook he posted a meme that said "O black Jesus please kill all the whiteys". Facebook police, deeply concerned about contrarian views on Covid 19 vaccines and January 6th and the 2020 election, start getting serious about helping fight real crime.
