- Chiefs Free Agency: Could Kansas City sign Jadeveon Clowney? Bleacher Report named the Chiefs as the best fit for Clowney in NFL Free Agency. Clowney had 9 sacks last season and would provide a major lift at defensive end. The Chiefs desperately need more EDGE help.
- Andy Reid Press Conference: The Chiefs offseason program began today, April 18th and Andy Reid updated the media & Chiefs Kingdom on notable injuries. Chris Jones apparently had offseason wrist surgery, but has been lifting weights and should be “ready to go” according to Reid. Lucas Niang is still recovering from his torn patellar tendon that he suffered last season. Reid did not provide an update for TE Jody Fortson. Fortson is recovering from a torn Achilles tendon.
- Patrick Mahomes is teaming up with Josh Allen for this year’s edition of ‘The Match’. The two young quarterbacks will face Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers on June 1st in Las Vegas. This is Mahomes’ first appearance in The Match.
