California Crazy Bill SB 1390: Abridging the First Amendment Freedom of Speech

California Bill SB 1390 is a direct attack on the Freedom of Speech guaranteed protected by the 1st Amendment of our Constitution. This bill, if passed, will have far reaching implications on the whole nation and even the world as the social media platforms targeted will not put these restrictive reporting measures into effect for just California, but will no doubt use this same infrastructure (whether or not legislated in other areas) to do what they wanted to do in any case: restrict speech they don't like.
