I made a mistake in a recent video, as I thought 5 reps was my best with this weight, but I missed that I had actually hit SIX with this a couple or so months ago. OOPS!
I messed up during my build up to this top set, and forgot to change the weights for my first working set. So I ended up doing my last warm up set again, which cost me a bit of energy. So me getting a rep PR despite that mess up is great, and really encouraging!
