Observer: System Redux - Rutger Hauer commemorative scene "Tears in the rain"

In the attic there is a white dove in a cage. Interacting with it will trigger a commemorative scene depicting Rutger Hauer in his memorable appearance as Roy Batty in Blade Runner, to get the achievement "Witness the lost moment.".

Hauer himself is credited with coming up with the speech:
“I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.”
