New NOOA data projects Southern Hemisphere Average Temperature continuing a Dramatic negative trend

The latest NOAA data, published April 2022, projects a Dramatic Fall in Temperature across the Southern Hemisphere over the next century. The downward Trend has taken place since the December 2015 Paris Agreement and is greater than the previously recorded increase in Temperature.
