03 Baking WW Bread in Thailand - Proof the yeast and pre-heat the oven.

Living in Thailand and preferring a plant based diet, a variety of whole grains in my diet would be a good thing. It is difficult finding good whole grain options in the store, so I started making my own bread with 100% whole wheat flour being the goal. Here is my experiment with 'stone ground' flour. I was hoping that it would solve my 'collapsing loaf' problem. Plus a new technique for forming the loaf.
