Mouthwatering meat & vegetable pie recipe
Hello friends! Today let's prepare a fantastic meat and vegetable dinner together with this stuffed cake. It gets ready in no time and it's great!
Ingredients:
300 grams of minced meat
1 Roman broccoli
1/2 onion
40 ml of soy sauce
a pinch of powdered ginger
a pinch of salt
an egg
a roll of puff pastry
STEPS:
First, clean and boil a Roman broccoli for 10 minutes
Then cut half an onion into large pieces
Blend the broccoli and onion together in a blender
In a bowl, pour 300 grams of minced meat and the blended vegetables
Add an egg
Add 40 ml of soy sauce
Finally add a pinch of ginger powder and a pinch of salt
Mix everything
In a baking dish, place a roll of puff pastry
Pierce the puff pastry with a fork
Pour the mixture inside
Spread it over the entire surface of the cake
Close the edges in this way
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Eat and enjoy!
