Razer Blade 15 Advance 2019 Ram issues

This is a 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advance, intel i7 8th gen, RTX 2060, 1080 / 144Mhz screen, 1TB NVME M.2, original 16GB Ram (8+8), now 24GB (16+8). When I install both 16GB Ram sticks the computer crashes every video game. Please watch the video and if there's someone who has the same problems or knows a fix please leave a comment.
