THANK YOU for giving 18:54 minutes of your worthy. I hope you're all well. This time I did a Divine Ax Rhitta by Escanor from "The Seven Deadly Sins". This is the most time consuming project I've ever done (I think so). I started this project on April 14, 2022, almost 3 months to complete it. I put a lot of effort and hard work into doing it. And I tried my best to make the best Divine Ax ever on the internet. If you want to see this ax in action. You must have to visit my other channel "MAJESTIC HANDS" and also subscribe to this channel for my full project movies. I will upload the entire process of my projects there, so go ahead and check it out guys . :) I think this is the only version of such a realistic Divine Ax on the internet. So I believe you will enjoy the process of making this Divine Ax Rhitta. It's too heavy to pull this seriously, but I think this is just a fantasy design and can't be used in real life. Total Weight: 4Kg Total Ax Length: 26 inches Ax Head Length: 12 inches Ax Head Width: 13 inches Handle Length: 5.5 inches All the processes are below to make this beautiful divine ax Rhitta: Forging: it took me about six days to deliver forge such a large iron hook into a piece shaped like a divine axe. I don't have a power hammer so I did all the forging by hand and I got serious blisters on my hands after doing such a heavy forging. Grinding: I started some rough Ax sanders on my 4x36" belt sander and made the final shape with the help of my 2x82" belt sander. The. I made the design on the top of the Machado for Brass with the help of Rotary Grinder. The. 4 holes were drilled in the design (Steel) for adhesion of Brass. Lost Wax Casting Hard wax was used to make the mold. And I poured some melted wax into the design I made on the ax head. The wax mold was filled with plaster and after drying the plaster. The wax was fired in the oven and I poured the Molten Brass into the mold to get the final product. Brass Star: I didn't get my wish to "star part" of the ax because of very bad casting marks on it. So I decided to make a new part on the Torno machine and one thing really interested me/Impressive, I used bearings in the center of the part so that our stars keep spinning like fidget spinner. :D This was my own idea on this Axe. Handle: The Handle contains three parts. The. Spikes: I used a square brass bar to make some pretty spikes. I grind the bar in my belt grinder by hand to make these peaks. The. Rod: The brass rod was used to make the handle. This was easy to do on my little Torno machine. The. Grip: I used Black Cloth Strips to make the Ax Grip.
