Emma: Here is Fox News, says Emily Capagno. Capano. I'm not exactly sure how to pronounce her last name. but this is outnumbered to the show with Harris Faulkner among others. they're discussing the subway shooting suspect Frank James and the fact that he has been apprehended after a good samaritan turned him into the cops. and here's their take on why law enforcement didn't catch frank James's angry youtube rants earlier.
Faulkner: at this point good analogy he took this job as a former cop for 22 years eric Adams. right? started in January of 2022. Things were sliding already on the subway. It was a very dangerous place. He wanted to talk about the politics of guns. What about the 57-year-old woman not long ago who got hit in the back of the head with a hammer. 13 times all on video. Why weren't the three cameras that would have been key to catching James even earlier? Why were they inoperable? Like there are lots of things that he can put some pressure on now MTA responsible for that? absolutely. but two weeks ago he said he was going to fix it after he told us that we were having perception problems with crime in the subway. There's a lot to get to with the mayor. Let's see if he can step up. I'm not saying that youtube shouldn't take down or address or whatever. I don't think they take it down. I think they address it and call local authorities whatever it takes. but let's not let him use that as kind of the reason why this guy wasn't on his radar.
