Russia threatens to up Kyiv strikes over cross-border attacks

Areas around the capital Kyiv have come under attack.
Russia says it shelled a Ukrainian military facility on the outskirts, just hours after the sinking of the flagship of its Black Sea fleet.
For the first time in the seven-week siege Russia has used long-range bombers to target the port city.
