15 Minute Stand All Day Standing Stretch

This video was requested from my daughter that has a stand all day job. At the end her feet, back, hips and neck hurt. These stretches can be done beginning of your shift, middle or at the end using techniques in Yoga, Barre and Pilates.

Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
