Ukrainian mine thrower confesses to shelling Mariupol civilians

The detained man says his task was to go to a position in the field, deploy a 120 mine and fire at the assigned coordinates.

The launchers were aimed in the direction of the city of Mariupol. He himself admits that he was aware that he was firing at civilians and justifies his actions by the drug intoxication and the need to carry out a criminal act of a high-ranking officer.
