Ukraine the stakeholder of the world economic Forum ?

Zelensky previously announced that Ukraine was the first country to be owned by the 'Stakeholders' of the World Economic Forum.

He made access to social benefits contingent upon vaccination status, and much much more. Smart phones to track and trace 6 year olds.

It goes much further - but here's the point.

Can anyone really argue that Russia infringes upon Ukraine's sovereignty? Can one lose a sovereignty that one has already lost? Or is the only potentially different outcome, one of liberation?
