Ingredients:
90 grams of white flour
55 ml of milk
10 grams of butter
250 grams of canned lentils
half onion
salt
extra virgin olive oil

Cook for 10 minutes on each side over low heat

Let's begin! In a bowl, pour 90 grams of flour and a pinch of salt

Add 55 ml of milk

And 10 grams of melted butter

Knead until you get a smooth dough

Wrap in kitchen cling film

Leave to rest for 1 hour in the fridge

Cut half an onion into small pieces

In a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the onion

Brown it

Add 250 grams of canned lentils

Mix

Add a pinch of salt

Mix until it's ready!

Once the filling is prepared, remove the film from the dough

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is very thin

Distribute the filling in the center of the dough

Mash with a spoon

Close the dough in this way

Roll out the bread a little more with a rolling pin

In a pan pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Place the stuffed bread

After 10 minutes of cooking over low heat, turn the bread over to the other side

After another 10 minutes it is ready!
