How to Knit on a Prym Sock Loom

Demonstration of how to knit a sock using a Prym sock loom - Part 1
I am using a fine 4 ply knitting wool
and a double looping technique.
Wrap the yarn around each peg with an 'e' loop.
Pick up the bottom yarn and lift it over the new top wrap
to form the knitted stitch.
