Is humanity at a turning point?

The world it seems has been flipped upside in the space of 22 months.

The widespread prevalence of social media has meant that the perception of what has been happening has largely been determined by what is shared across these mediums.

However in a world where cancel culture is rife and dissenting voices are deplatformed, how can one determine the truth?

Are we living in the post-truth era?

Within this short period of time our liberties and rights have not only been minimalists but the process of doing so has both been moralised and normalised to the point where a limited life has become desirable to some in the pursuit of safety.

What does the future hold?

Are we at a crossroads?
