Empty streets, a few delivery workers speeding through intersections on their electric bikes, and staff in PPE loading trucks with boxes of necessities such as toilet paper, are the current weekend scenes in the city of Shanghai on a Saturday (April 16) after over 2 weeks of lockdown.
