IF your main priority is public health, wouldn't more research into vaccine safety be a good thing?

IF you want increased vaccine uptake, wouldn't more proof of vaccine safety be tremendously helpful for your cause, since it would take away doubt?

IF you are absolutely certain that vaccines are perfectly safe, since you keep repeating that they are safe and keep denigrating everyone where dares to doubt your claim, wouldn't you ENCOURAGE more research? After all, you already know that the outcome of that research would prove you right and prove all those conspiracy thinking quack anti-vaxxers wrong. The outcomes of the research would expose all prominent 'anti-vaxxers' (e.g. 'The dirty dozen') to be spreaders of medical misinformation who are a danger to society.

IF you oppose research into vaccine safety, wouldn't that mean that your main priority is not public health and/or you know or are at least worried that vaccines are not perfectly safe?
