The flowers are 3 feet tall and are made of plastic. You can walk through the field of white blooms via a concrete pavement that leads to the dining area. At night, tourist frequent the place as these roses are lighted in LED to create a more stunning effect.
The two-story cafe promises a stunning view of the mainland Cebu which made it more dramatic with the vast waters.
