Good Friday - Tenebrae

Good Friday is part of the sacred three-day observance of Christ’s Passion that stretches from the evening of Maundy Thursday to the celebration on Easter Sunday morning. The name may have originally been “God’s Friday,” but it is certainly also good because of the good gifts that Christ won for us on this day.
In the Good Friday Tenebrae service Pr. Seifferlein spoke about the Sacrament as the last will and testament of Christ. A new will was enacted that supersedes the old will of judgment and damnation.
