Ukraine says grain on ships in blocked Black Sea ports may deteriorate

Ukraine's farm minister was quoted as stating on Friday that some 1.25 million tonnes of grains and oilseeds are still on commercial vessels stuck in Ukrainian seaports owing to Russia's invasion, and that portion of the cargo may deteriorate in the near future (Apr 15).
