Now that his favorite, Jean-Luc Melenchon, is out of the race, the 39-year-old says he will not vote in the April 24 runoff. Both aspirants, incumbent President Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen, Jean-daughter, Marie's are unappealing to him.
