Dustin Byron Thompson, 38, was also found guilty of all five additional crimes in his indictment on Thursday, including stealing a coat rack from an office within the Capitol during the incident on January 6, 2021. The obstruction charge, which is a lone felony, has a maximum punishment of 20 years in jail.
