VR Arcade Fail

https://arcadeheroes.com - Footage of a Chinese VR arcade simulator that really isn't ready for primetime. I've seen some fails before but it's usually something where the user injures someone else and not the entire product falling over. This is why quality and competence matters when it comes to products like this; Unknown if the person riding was injured or not. As a comment points out, the fail came from the improperly placed safety bar, but apart from that not being there, the structure of the machine itself should have been designed to prevent things like this, as well as use sensors to detect any obstruction and immediately stop the machine.
