Despite feeling pretty tired, and deflated yesterday, I actually felt pretty good, today! I had an opportunity to catch a little extra sleep, which I think helped considerably. This set felt pretty good, overall! The first few reps were a little off, and not as clean as I would have liked, but I eventually dialed it in, and it became better. I think I definitely was capable of hitting at least 10 or more reps, but I unwittingly went a little slower on that last rep, which resulted in it feeling grindier than it should have, so I decided to rack it there. And hey, it is a new rep PR anyways, so I'll take it! 🤟🏻
