Pig Shots on the Blackstone Griddle | Keto Food | Griddle Snacks |Griddle Food Network

On this episode of the Griddle Food Network, Nick prepares a great griddle snack. Keto style pig shots on the blackstone griddle. Check out how these simple keto griddle snacks are prepared on the griddle

Ingredients
- 1LB of Bacon
- 1 Smoked Kielbasa Sausage
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- Ms Dash Southwestern Seasoning
- G. Hughes Hickory Flavor BBQ Sauce (Sugar Free)

Cream Cheese Filling:

Allow cream cheese to soften. Add a liberal amount of the southwestern seasoning to the cream cheese, 1/4 cup of shredded colby jack cheese and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and a table spoon of the BBQ sauce. Mix in with a rubber spatula.

Bacon:
Suggestion: Pre-cook the bacon to where you have a floppy bacon. After you have the bacon precooked take a paper towel and absorb the grease.
