Just over six months after hitting the market with many new features in terms of style, safety and comfort, the New Nissan Kicks innovates once again. The crossover gets its first special limited-edition series, Kicks XPlay, with a distinctive look, exclusive items and a gift for its buyers: an NFT (Non Fungible Token) of a cryptographic piece made by Brazilian digital artist Fesq based on the drawings. of novelty design sketches.

For the Brazilian market, Nissan will produce 1,000 units of Kicks XPlay at its Industrial Complex in Resende, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, which will begin to arrive at dealerships in early October. In addition to the unprecedented NFT, buyers will bring a unique car to their garage.

The model will be offered in two exclusive color combinations: Pearl White Diamond with a red roof. The limited-edition name signature will be on the door sills, above the license plate on the trunk lid and on the front seats. On the roof, a black sports airfoil was designed specifically for the novelty. The styling of the rear is complemented with stickers on the top of the C-pillars.

Still on the outside, a red finish was applied to the mirrors. And, as Nissan usually does in its limited editions, the unit number is indicated on the chrome front grille, also in red.

Other exclusives of the New Nissan Kicks XPlay are inside. There are several finishing details in red, in places such as the air vents, the base of the steering wheel and the double stitching of the dashboard, armrest and seats with synthetic finish in black and gray.

Among the standard equipment, the New Nissan Kicks XPlay comes with items that only it has: wireless cell phone charger, special opening screen that dates back to the limited edition Nissan Connect multimedia with 8-inch touchscreen and 17-inch wheels finished in gloss black.

The list of factory items is completed with equipment already established in the crossover line. Inside, there are items such as: I-Key smart face key; engine start button; seven-inch instrument panel in high definition images; front seats with zero gravity technology; opening and closing the doors and closing the windows by remote control; intelligent lighting of the headlights; audio, telephone and autopilot steering wheel controls; electric steering; headlights with Follow me Home system; sunshade with mirrors for driver and passenger; trunk with internal lighting; electrochromic rear view mirror; between others. The New Nissan Kicks XPlay is equipped with the second generation of the modern HR16DE 1.6 16-valve engine, which has continuously variable valve opening control (CVVTCS) and Flex Start System (FSS). It develops 114 maximum horsepower at 5,600 rpm and maximum torque of 15.5 Nm at 4,000 rpm. This engine, also produced at Nissan's plant in Resende (RJ), guarantees low fuel consumption and surprising performance. With an excellent power-to-weight ratio and well-utilized dimensions, the crossover delivers performance comparable to that of its main rivals while offering the best level of fuel consumption in its category.
