I don't know if they are putting venom in the municipal water supply as suggested by Dr. Ardis, but it would not surprise me.

These drinking water upgrades are supposed to be to help people by removing lead pipes, but with the track record of this government carrying out a MASS DEMOCIDE via these POISON BIOWEAPON SHOTS, I would not rule out any hypothesis at this point.
