The Russian internet army was born in 1958. And back then it was called the psychological forces, or, officially, Chief Political Administration of the Armed Forces of the USSR.
Nowadays there's a whole army of couch experts with the access to internet.
The most popular have accounts registered in Russia, India/Pakistan/Bangladesh or Serbia.
Paid or regular enthusiasts - they always repeat lying theses of Kremlin propaganda
