In October 1979, an American investigative team travelled to Switzerland to Hinterschmidrueti a small village in the Zürich highlands to visit "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier. This team was led by Wendelle Stevens and comprised of Lee and Brit Elders and Tom Welch. This film is presented as a series of interviews with Billy and includes amongst other things an examination of the metal samples, the photographic and film footage, observations and eyewitness accounts including Billy answering questions regarding the Plejaren and their mission.
