Pro-Union Biden WARNS Amazon 'Here We Come'

President Joe Biden warned Amazon while voicing support for union efforts by workers Wednesday; "Here we come. Watch." Meanwhile, @MSNBC covers Biden's speech to North America’s Building Trades Unions Legislative Conference while he discusses sending additional aid to Ukraine, but as soon as Biden pivots back to discussing Worker's Rights, Chuck Todd quickly appears on-screen to continue the cable news obsession with war instead of the President's unionization remarks. And later, when White House Press secretary Jen Psaki is asked about Biden's comments regarding @amazon, she tells the press, "What (Biden) was not doing is sending a message that he or the U.S. government would be directly involved in any of these efforts or take any direct action. What he was conveying is his longtime support for Collective Bargaining, for the rights of workers to organize, and their decision to do exactly that in this case."

Biden spoke to union members yesterday, believe this is the North America building trades union here he addressed the amazon unionization effort and the successful vote. Although, there's still a ways to go in Staten Island and he made a pretty broad pronouncement to and said watch out amazon essentially. let's watch. [External video] I mean that's Biden at his best obviously. And listen to the roar of that audience I mean obviously um the national building trades union's gonna be excited about stuff like that, but that is stuff that is hard for politicians to just walk away from, and Democrats like love to walk away from this stuff. But there's enough of that energy, exactly like that it's impossible and they get caught up in the moment and you know we should applaud Joe Biden and if he really wants to help out amazon workers he can do what Chris Smalls said which is past the ProAct. Right, well, and then so those are the caveats there right he made very little effort to pressure Manchin. I mean it's not just Manchin and Sinema it's gonna be like guys like Mark Warner.
